If you decide to be registered in our email newsletter mailing list, we will keep your email address confidential. We will also honor your request to unsubscribe.
Orders:
Your order will be processed via PayPal or Amazon.com. You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal or Amazon.com when your online order is received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal for a credit card transaction.
Sales Tax:
All applicable sales tax for California State residents is included in the purchase price.
Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours via USPS. We do not ship on Sundays. Shipping fees are included in the purchase price.
Returns:
Intelligent Heart will gladly give you a full refund, minus any shipping charges, on any items returned to us in their original packaging, in new, resalable condition, within 30 days of purchase. If an exchange is required due to shipping damage, product defect, or any error on our part, a replacement or correct product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Any refunded returns will be credited in the manner in which the merchandise was originally purchased. Credit card transactions will be credited to the original account within 30 days of Intelligent Heart’s receipt of the return.
